Join us on Thursday, April 3rd, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at 1804 Home Rd NW, Calgary, for a fun-filled day—see the impact we’re making, explore our new space with a self-guided tour, take a virtual tour of the Crisis Nursery, enjoy cake and snacks, and participate in family-friendly activities!
On the first floor, explore our Indigenous Ceremony and Elder Rooms, participate in a smudge, and learn more about how we leaned on Elder knowledge to create these spaces. Dawn, the Manager of Indigenous Strategy & Development, will be available to tell guests about our work towards Truth & Reconciliation and the First Nations Metis Indigenous Liaison program.
We’re thrilled to welcome several incredible organizations who will be in attendance, including Kindred, Hull, Newcomer’s Guide, FESA (Furthering Education Society of Alberta), Dollar Detectives, CanLearn, Centre for Sexuality, Centre d’Appui Familial, Keramiko, and more to come!
