This class offers a warm, engaging, and judgment-free space to guide you through every stage of pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and early parenting for expectant moms and their support person. Whether you’re curious about the phases of labour, feeding options, or how to navigate the emotional and physical changes of this transition, we’ve got you covered. With relatable stories, practical tools, and plenty of space for your questions, our goal is to help you feel more informed, more confident—or just a little less overwhelmed. Join us to learn, laugh, and connect as you prepare to meet your baby and step into parenthood, supported by two experienced facilitators with over 20 years of combined expertise in birth and parenting.
