Healthy Relationships with YWCA Calgary

Healthy Relationships by YWCA Calgary is a free 4-week workshop series for adults who want to build practical skills for stronger, healthier relationships. Through interactive activities and supportive group discussions, participants will explore topics such as boundaries, emotions, communication, and conflict. This series is designed to support personal growth, meaningful connection, and everyday relationship skills in a welcoming environment.

Participants are welcome to register for one session or attend all four sessions in the series.

• Learn practical tools for:
  • Setting healthy boundaries
  • Understanding emotions
  • Communicating more effectively
  • Managing conflict

Program runs Tuesdays from July 7 to July 28, 2026, from 10:00–11:30 a.m. at 1804 Home Road N.W.

• Tuesday, July 7^th – Drawing Your Boundaries:
  • Explore boundaries and values that support healthy relationships
• Tuesday, July 14^th – Exploring Emotions:
  • Discover how thoughts, feelings and behaviors impact relationships.
• Tuesday, July 21^st – Healthy Communication:
  • Learn communication skills to support healthy relationships
• Tuesday, July 28^th – Staying Cool in Conflict:
  • Explore the roles of conflict and perspective in relationships

**Childcare may be available for this program; however, it is not guaranteed and depends on volunteer availability. Families who require childcare will be asked to provide the names and ages of each child during registration. We will do our best to accommodate requests if volunteer support is available.**
