Magic Carpet Ride: Family Literacy Program (Afternoon Group)

The program is for 3-5 old children and their parents/caregivers. Younger siblings are welcome.  The program helps families learn to use everyday activities to build a love of literacy and learning.

What Can You Expect?

• Sharing stories, rhymes, and songs together
• Materials and ideas to do at home using materials you already have at home
• Parent conversations, readings and activities about parenting and child development
• A supportive network of parents/caregivers

We are always keen to discuss parents’ own learning aspirations and provide further information and support for parents who would like to pursue further education for themselves.
