Nurturing Newborns Perinatal Support Group  

April 1- May 20, 2026 (Wednesdays) 5:30 – 7:00 pm 

Support group for expecting parents and parents of children up to one year of age.  

This group focuses on understanding and navigating the transition to parenthood by providing a supportive space for expecting and new parents to strengthen mental wellness, build community, and grow confident in caring for both baby and parent. Over the course of eight weeks, participants will learn and discuss a variety of topics related to family wellness, mental health, child and parent development, and social support and resources to stay connected. Bring your baby and your questions! 

Siblings are welcome to join; childcare will be provided for older children.
