with crafts, activities, and a picnic lunch!

 

Bring a parent, grandparent, or caregiver, and your favourite teddy bear.
If you don’t have a teddy bear, we’ll have one waiting for you.

Hi Picnic friend! You and your teddy bear are invited to a special Teddy Bear Picnic Lunch on June 4th, as we celebrate the new name of our Crisis Nursery!
Please ask a grown-up to help you fill out this form so we know who is coming with you. 
Each family group can include up to 2 grown-ups and 3 children up to age 6.
